A Bit About Me

My name is Cathy & I have volunteered as a complementary therapist within a Carmarthen organisation since 2018.  A colleague introduced me to therapeutic massage over 30 years ago, & in 2002 whilst living & working in New Zealand I completed a massage course at an ayurvedic college.  When I returned to the United Kingdom I first qualified as a massage therapist, I went on to successfully qualify in IHM & in 2017 I completed the training as a reflexologist.  Previous work experiences highlighted to me the importance of positive touch & the significant role it has in nurturing a person, helping them feel more relaxed.  These experiences led me to working as a complementary therapist.
